Henchman’s mission is to prevent falls from height. We are a family business who have been pioneers in ladder safety since 1994, providing specialist ladders and platforms for operation on challenging terrain, such as in gardens, parks, orchards and around the home. We are a well-established brand, market leading, fast growing, and ambitious. We have many opportunities in front of us, nationally, internationally and in new markets.

What you’ll be doing

As we are expanding into new markets, this role will be vital in helping fulfil our ambitious growth plans as well as creating new opportunities across multiple markets. It is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to have autonomy over the sales and business development arm of Henchman and take ownership of their work.

The role will cover a range of customer segments, ranging from grounds maintenance, facilities management, landscaping, and our network of resellers across the UK and EU.

We are ideally looking for a candidate with experience in a relevant sector, but our main priority is finding a candidate with the right attitude and approach. You must be a strong communicator to relay technical functions to a mixture of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This is not a commission based role. Henchman works as a close knit team, with each department contributing equally towards the goals of the business. Therefore, we treat all employees equally, and choose to pay a competitive and reliable salary to all, alongside a discretionary bonus that reflects the overall performance of the business.
