How much is delivery?
An all-day delivery slot is free of charge if you’re ordering from mainland UK.
If you’re ordering from overseas, this also costs extra and depends on the country. Please get in touch with us before you order and we’ll advise you on the cost.
When will my delivery arrive?
If you make your order before 12pm, we’ll aim to dispatch it on the same day (depending on stock availability).
Mainland UK orders take 2-5 working days. If your delivery is sent to offshore UK or Ireland, it can take up to 7 working days to arrive.
If you’re ordering from overseas, delivery times can vary between country and region. Please check the delivery time with us before you place your order.
Do I have to be at home to receive my order?
No, you don’t have to be at home to receive your order. Instead, you can request that your order is left in a safe place. You can do this by either:
- entering a safe location into the delivery instructions when placing your order
- calling the courier after you have received your dispatch email and providing instructions on where to leave the order
Please note that if you request for your order to be left unattended, you do so at your own risk. Your order will not be insured against theft or damage.
If you are out when the courier attempts to deliver and have not left instructions for your order to be left in a safe place, the courier will leave a card requesting you contact them.
The courier will also re-attempt your delivery the following day. If they are unable to deliver on three consecutive days, they may hold your order in their depot until you contact them as per the instructions on the missed delivery card.
If the courier leaves your order unattended and unsigned for without your written request, kindly inform us and we will investigate.
Free Returns & Exchanges
If you change your mind about your order within 14 days of delivery, you can return/exchange your unused ladder free of charge.
Simply get in contact with us to let us know you would like to return the ladder and we will arrange for the ladder to be collected and we will process the refund.
Or in the event of an exchange, refund the difference between the ladders or take payment for the difference depending on if moving up or down sizes. We will aim for the delivery and collection of the ladder to take place at the same time, but we cannot guarantee this.
If you let us know after 14 days, you may still return/exchange the unused ladder, however you will be charged a £45 collection charge.
I’ve received my order but it’s damaged. What can I do?
Please check your order for damage before accepting delivery. If you see that it’s damaged, please refuse the delivery and call us to let us know. We’ll arrange a replacement to be dispatched to you as soon as possible.
If you notice damage after accepting delivery, please call us to let us know as soon as possible. We may ask for photographs of the damage as proof. Once the damage is confirmed, we will arrange for the damaged item to be collected free of charge, and we’ll dispatch your replacement.
